As the hotel continues to expand in scale, the hotel’s original hot water boiler cannot meet the increasing demand for hot water from users, so there is an urgent need to purchase new boiler equipment. The hotel is located in the center of Wuhu, and its demands for cleanliness, environmental protection and energy conservation are very obvious. To this end, Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler provided it with a vertical gas-fired hot water boiler (V6-99) with an output of 99KW. The overall area is smaller and the energy saving effect is better.
The design structure of this series of vertical hot water boilers adopts a volumetric arrangement structure with a pyrotechnic tube placed under the burner. The fuel is atomized by the burner and burns in the furnace with slight positive pressure, and the high-temperature flue gas is radiated in the furnace. After the heat exchange, it enters the pyrotechnic tube for convective heat exchange and is discharged through the lower smoke chamber. By adopting computer-aided design and optimizing each heating surface, the furnace structure design is more reasonable. The boiler does not need a condenser, the inside of the furnace body can be condensed, the exhaust gas temperature can be as low as 50 ℃, and the thermal efficiency can reach more than 104.4% (low temperature conditions).
