1. Industrial boiler overpressure accident
Overpressure accidents are accidents caused by the actual pressure in the boiler exceeding the maximum working pressure during the use of the boiler, which is a relatively common boiler accident. The main reasons for the overpressure accident of the boiler are: the failure of the gas-using equipment to fail to use the gas normally; the failure of the safety valve and the failure of the alarm instrument; because of the defects involved in the boiler, the exhaust cross-sectional area of the safety valve was not adjusted when the pressure was reduced The original safety valve is still used.
In the face of overpressure accidents, we must first reduce the combustion; if the boiler safety valve repair works normally, we must first take manual exhaust, or open the vent valve on the boiler for exhaust to adjust the pressure of the boiler and maintain the boiler. 2. Industrial boiler water shortage accident
The water shortage accident is mainly due to the water level in the boiler being lower than the safe water level. The lack of water in the boiler will often lead to overheating of the heating surface of the boiler, resulting in deformation or even wave trains; the bulging or shedding or leakage; the boiler wall is damaged.
Before dealing with boiler water shortage accidents, it is necessary to judge the severity of the accidents and then select a reasonable solution. In judging the severity of the accident, the method called "water" is used. The specific work flow is to open the discharge cock for the watch, rinse the water vapor connecting pipe and the water connecting pipe, close the standard steam connecting pipe cock, and close the water discharging cock at the same time. If the degree of boiler water shortage cannot be accurately grasped, the boiler cannot be watered, so as not to cause a boiler explosion accident.
3. Industrial boiler full water accident
The boiler full water accident is mainly caused by the water level in the boiler being higher than the highest scale of the water level meter, which will cause a large amount of water in the steam, which will cause water hammer in the steam pipeline; Gas supply will also be affected.
To deal with the boiler full water accident, the water level meter should be compared and flushed, and the water level meter should be checked for failures in time; when the boiler is full of water, the boiler feed water valve should be closed in time, the boiler water supply operation should be stopped, and the boiler combustion should be reduced in time. Boilers with economizers must also open the economizer's circulation valve, and open the drain valve, steam pipeline, and superheater trap.
