1. Reasonably select the rated power of natural gas steam boilers and the number of boilers according to the amount of steam required by industrial production. The higher the match between these two conditions and the actual use, the smaller the exhaust gas loss, and the more significant the energy saving.
2. Adequate touch of fuel and air: Let the right amount of fuel and the right amount of air form the best proportion for incineration, which can improve the incineration power of the fuel, but also reduce the emission of polluting gases and achieve the goal of two-tier energy saving.
3. Decrease the exhaust gas temperature of natural gas steam boilers: reduce the exhaust gas temperature of the boiler to use the waste heat generated in the exhaust gas. The power of the commonly used boiler is 85-88%, and the exhaust gas temperature is 220-230℃. If an energy saver is installed and the exhaust gas heat is used, the exhaust gas temperature drops to 140-150℃, and the boiler power can be increased to 90-93%.
4. Recovery of the heat of the boiler blowdown water: The heat in the continuous blowdown is used through heat exchange to increase the feed water temperature of the deoxidized water to the energy-saving intention of the natural gas steam boiler. At the same time, the energy-saving method of natural gas steam boilers can also reasonably recover the condensed water in the heating system and recover the heat of the condensed water for use.
