Atmospheric hot water boilers and pressurized hot water boilers are two common types of hot water boilers. The main difference lies in the difference between normal pressure and pressure. So, for users who are new to hot water boilers, how to correctly distinguish normal pressure and pressurized hot water boilers and complete the selection? Let Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler Factory answer everyone.
1. Look at the pressure change inside the boiler
The biggest difference between these two types of boilers lies in the pressures of atmospheric hot water boilers and pressure boilers. For atmospheric hot water boilers, the pressure of the hot water in the furnace is always the same as the atmospheric pressure, and does not change with the change of water temperature; on the contrary, for pressurized hot water boilers, because the steam-water system in the furnace is composed of a sealed structure; As the water temperature rises, pipes and tubes will naturally change.
2. Look at the water level control of the boiler
In order to realize normal pressure operation, the inlet of the circulating water pump is connected with the outlet of the boiler, and the hot water sucked into the boiler is heated to the user. The user's return pipe and the boiler's water inlet necklace are equal to the water inlet. Atmospheric hot water boiler water level control problem, therefore, the drum and water on the top are still with the open box, water level control problem. However, pressurized hot water boilers do not have water level control problems, which is one of two significant differences.
3. Look at the structural limitations of the boiler
The structural parameters of atmospheric hot water boilers are much simpler than those of pressurized hot water boilers. Different from the strict restrictions on boiler capacity, parameters and installation location in the structure of pressurized boilers, normal pressure hot water boilers only need to arrange the heating surface reasonably to ensure the reliability of water circulation, and there are fewer restrictions on the structure. It can be designed, constructed and installed to a large extent according to the actual needs of users, which is more flexible and convenient.
