For the majority of users and friends, it is very important to purchase a boiler that can save energy and reduce emissions when purchasing a boiler. This is related to the cost and cost-effectiveness of the subsequent use of the boiler. So when you buy a boiler, how should you see whether the boiler is of an energy-saving type? Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler Factory has summarized the following aspects to help you better choose the boiler.
1. When designing the boiler, the reasonable selection of equipment should be carried out first. In order to ensure the safe and energy-saving of industrial boilers to meet user requirements, it is necessary to select the appropriate boiler according to the locality, and design the boiler type according to the scientific and reasonable selection principle.
2. When selecting the boiler type, the fuel of the boiler should also be selected correctly. The type of fuel should be selected reasonably according to the type of boiler, industry, and installation area. Reasonably mix coal so that the moisture, ash, volatile content and particle size of the coal meet the requirements of imported boiler combustion equipment. At the same time, encourage the use of new energy sources such as straw briquettes as alternative fuels or blended fuels.
3. When choosing fans and water pumps, we must choose new high-efficiency and energy-saving products, and we should not choose backward and obsolete products; match water pumps, fans and motors according to the operating conditions of the boiler to avoid the phenomenon of "big horse-drawn carts". The low-efficiency and high-energy consumption auxiliary equipment should be modified or replaced with high-efficiency energy-saving products.
4. Boilers generally have the highest efficiency at 80% to 90% of the rated load. As the load drops, the efficiency also drops. Generally, the capacity of the boiler is 10% larger than the actual steam consumption. If the selected parameters are not right, according to the series standards, the boiler with the higher parameters can be selected. The selection of boiler auxiliary equipment should also refer to the above principles and avoid "big horse-drawn carts".
5. Reasonably determine the number of boilers. In principle, the boiler should be considered for normal maintenance and shutdown, and the number of boilers in the boiler room should not be more than 3 to 4.
