What is the “safe distance” of the boiler?

What is the “safe distance” of the boiler?

First, the safety distance of the boiler in the boiler room
       The net distance between the boiler and the internal walls of the boiler house building shall be left to the furnace operator to operate, overhaul and arrange the auxiliary machine space.
       1. The front distance of the furnace
       Steam boiler 1 ~ 4t / h, hot water boiler 0.7 ~ 2.8MW, not less than 3.0m;
       Steam boiler 6 ~ 20t / h, hot water boiler 4.2 ~ 14MW, not less than 4.0m;
       Steam boiler 35 ~ 65t / h, hot water boiler 29 ~ 58MW, should not be less than 5.0m.
       Note: When it is necessary to replace the boiler tube in front of the furnace, the clearance before the furnace should meet the operational requirements. For steam boilers of 6 to 65 t/h and hot water boilers of 4.2 to 58 MW, when the furnace control room is equipped with the instrument control room, the clearance from the front end of the boiler to the instrument control room can be set to 3 m.
       2. The clearance of the channel on the side and back of the boiler
       Steam boiler 1 ~ 4t / h, hot water boiler 0.7 ~ 2.8MW, should not be less than 0.8m;
       Steam boiler 6 ~ 20t / h, hot water boiler 4.2 ~ 14MW, should not be less than 1.5m;
       Steam boiler 35 ~ 65t / h, hot water boiler 29 ~ 58MW, should not be less than 1.8m.
       In addition, when it is necessary to blow ash, set fire, remove slag, install or repair the spiral slag remover, the clear distance of the passage should meet the requirements of operation. It should be added that the distance between the highest operating point of the boiler and the lowest structure at the top of the boiler room should not be less than 2 m.

Second, the safety distance between boiler and production workshop
       The boiler room and the production workshop are connected at different speeds. The two must be independent, generally more than 5 meters.

Third, the safety distance between the boiler room and the building
       1. The safety distance between the boiler room and a type of high-rise building is 15 meters: one type of high-rise refers to 9-16 floors (the height is up to 50 meters);
       2. The safety distance between the boiler house and the multi-storey residential building is 13 meters: multi-storey buildings refer to houses of 2-9 floors and other civil buildings with a height of not more than 24m;
       3. The safety distance before the boiler room and the podium is 10 meters: the height of the podium connected to the high-rise is generally not more than 24m.

Note: The podium refers to an outbuilding that is connected to a high-rise building and has a height of no more than 24 meters outside the projection of the main building of the high-rise building.
