Gas boilers provide high quality steam and hot water for many industrial enterprises and production and life, and are important thermal energy output devices. 1. Hydraulic test (overpressure test)
The purpose of the hydraulic test is to verify the strength and tightness of the pressure-bearing components inside the boiler. The newly installed gas boiler shall be subjected to an overpressure test with a working pressure of 1.25 times. Generally, after the pressure parts are inspected, such as replacing or repairing some valves, boiler tubes, headers, etc., and the medium and small repairs of the boiler shall also be subjected to working pressure.
2. Auxiliary machine test and calibration of various electric doors and dampers
In many cases, gas boilers cannot be stopped, so many companies will provide auxiliary equipment to the boilers, auxiliary machines and the electric boilers and dampers to provide better emergency services.
3. Oven
The main purpose of the oven is to remove the moisture from the furnace wall and the water in the boiler tube. The boiler is brought to a certain degree of dryness to prevent the furnace wall from being wet when the boiler is running, and the furnace wall is cracked after the sudden heating is unevenly heated. At the same time, the oven has a relatively good strength in the furnace wall to improve the high temperature resistance of the furnace wall.
4. Cooking stove and pickling
Use lye and acid to remove deposits such as grease, rust, scale and other corrosion products and scales in the heating surface of the evaporation system.
5. Furnace aerodynamic field test
The furnace aerodynamic field test is to measure the wind speed of each tuyere of the boiler, and then calculate the air volume. Only when the wind speed and air volume meet the requirements of the boiler working conditions will the boiler be deprived of oxygen.
6. Flushing
The purpose of flushing the gas boiler is to use the boiler's own steam to flush out the rust, welding slag, iron filings, ash and grease in the superheater, the heating surface tube and the steam pipe, otherwise it will supply steam to the steam turbine. There will be a hazard, and the boiler should be officially activated before flushing. Therefore, the boiler flushing tube is also the first complete starting process of the boiler itself. It plays the role of testing equipment, inspecting equipment, and initially grasping the operating characteristics of the equipment, laying a foundation for the smooth trial operation of the equipment.
7. Verify the security door
The safety door is set to prevent overpressure of the soda system and is a safety guarantee for the normal operation of the boiler. Therefore, before starting the gas boiler, be sure to check the safety door to avoid leakage.
