First, the ignition failure.
       If the boiler burner fails to ignite three times in succession, it is judged to be an ignition failure. The troubleshooting is as follows:
      1. If the pressure of natural gas cannot be maintained at 3-5kpa, it will not be ignited when pressure too high or too low.
      2. If the damper of the burner is too large, it may easily lead to multiple ignitions failure.
    3. When using the burner, if the ignition voltage is not ignited, or if the ignition electrode is too dirty or the position is wrong, an ignition failure will occur.
     4. When the valve is normally ignited, the valve group will be opened in time, and the opening sound can be heard. If the valve is not opened, the flame will not be generated. Therefore, if the boiler valve group fails, it will not be ignited.
     5. The ignition fault may also be caused by the ignition controller. If the ignition controller fails, it will cause normal ignition failure.

Second, the flameout failure.
       The flameout fault refers to the sudden extinguishing of the fire when the burner is in normal operation. The operation of troubleshooting is as follows:
       1. The instability of the gas source will cause the flame to fluctuate, resulting in fire extinguishing.
       2. If the flame detector is failed during operation, the flame cannot be detected normally, and the flameout may occur.
       3. the power supply is unstable or lack of equal circuit failure will also cause the flameout during operation.
