The furnace is smaller, and the heating surface of the boiler is arranged compactly. The furnace body adopts feather tubes so there is sufficient heat exchange area in a small volume to meet the heat exchange efficiency. The economizer and condenser are integrated with the rear smoke box to reduce the volume of the boiler further. Compared with ordinary WNS condensing steam boilers, the volume can be reduced by about 50%.
The configured water level alarm can capture the liquid level in the boiler, and convert the liquid level signal into a control signal and transmit it to the control cabinet; the control cabinet is equipped with a frequency converter, which transmits the control signal of the water level alarm to the frequency converter to adjust the pump motor Speed, realize automatic water supply adjustment, make boiler operation more stable, improve boiler operating efficiency.
The heat exchange tube of the Euromonitor-θ6 series boiler condenser adopts a steel-aluminum composite finned tube, which has strong corrosion resistance and long service life. The heat transfer element of the fin tube inside the furnace body, the fin part adopts the aluminum-silicon alloy heat transfer element with high thermal conductivity, which greatly prolongs the service life of the pressure element.
The flue tubes of Euromonitor-θ6 series boilers use feather tubes to enhance heat transfer. Compared with the traditional threaded smoke tube, the fin tube has a larger heat transfer area, which makes the boiler exchange more heat in a smaller volume.
Euromonitor 6 series boilers design the furnace body, economizer, and condenser as an integrated structure, canceling the installation interface between various components, simplifying the boiler installation work, and reducing the installation cycle and cost.
