Oil-fired hot water boilers are a common type of boiler equipment in the heating season. The boilers have high operating efficiency and relatively low pollutant emissions. Moreover, oil fuels are easily available in any region of China, and there is no difficulty in using fuel. The problem. So, what problems should be paid attention to when using oil-fired hot water boiler for heating in winter? Let Zhao Gong, a boiler technology expert from Zhengzhou Fangkui Boiler Factory, tell you the answer.
Oil-fired hot water boilers should be noted when heating in winter: the boiler room should take into account the possibility of development and expansion, and the location of its auxiliary room should not hinder the development of the boiler room. If the boiler room is in the plant area and living area, it is generally closed, but it can be arranged in the open air in the dust removal and air induction parts.
Adjustment aspects and adjustment of work size or switching pressure control debugging in oil-fired boilers: under normal circumstances, it is 0.9MPa to small fire, 0.8MPa to big fire. Automatic furnace shutdown and start-up: when the working pressure is 0.8-1MPa, it is adjusted to 1.02MPa to stop the furnace and 0.82NPa to start the furnace.
Overpressure alarm: it is generally 0.05MPa higher than the normal automatic furnace shutdown pressure setting.
High water level alarm: generally set to enter the water level warning state when the distance from the upper part of the water meter is less than 25mm.
Limit low water level shutdown: different boiler manufacturers, their settings will be different, however, the general principle is that the water tube boiler can not be lower than each drop nozzle.
Automatic pump start and stop control: generally set about 25mm above and below the center of the water level gauge.
Fuel pressure setting: heavy oil is 1.8-2.2MPa, light oil is 1.6-1.8MPa.
Fuel temperature setting: if it is light oil, no heating is required, if it is heavy oil, heating control is required. In addition, the daily fuel tank temperature is 60 to 80 degrees, and the burner temperature is controlled within the range of 95 ℃-110 ℃.
Smoke exhaust temperature: The smoke exhaust temperature of the oil-fired boiler is 220℃-240℃, and the super smoke alarm temperature is set at about 280℃.
